NOTE:

  • Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance. Returns may vary considerably over time.
  • Each of our options has a different objective, risk profile, and asset allocation. Visit our investment choice section for more detailed information.
  • Changes to inflation, fees and costs, asset allocations, option objectives, and risk, play a significant part in the return of any investment option.
  • Australian Retirement Trust was formed by the merger of Sunsuper and QSuper on 28 February 2022. Each option above (with the exception of the Lifetime Groups and the Balanced Risk-Adjusted option), adopted the investment strategy of the equivalent Sunsuper option. To show performance we have used the Sunsuper for life option returns up to 28 February 2022, then Super Savings option returns after that date.
  • For all options, except for the Lifetime Groups and the Balanced Risk-Adjusted option, investment returns are after investment fees and costs, transaction costs and investment taxes and before all other fees and costs.
  • For Lifetime Groups and Balanced Risk Adjusted options - For periods up to 30 June 2024, unit prices are net of administration fees and costs, investment fees and costs, transaction costs and where applicable, investment taxes.  From 1 July 2024, unit prices are net of investment fees and costs, transaction costs and where applicable, investment taxes, but gross of administration fees and costs. You should consider this when comparing between options. Current fees and costs are shown in the QSuper Product Disclosure Statement. Investment taxes generally do not apply to Retirement Income accounts.
  • On 21 September 2023 performance figures relating to unit prices between 14/09/2022 and 14/10/2022 for Lifetime Focus 1, Lifetime Focus 2, Lifetime Outlook, Lifetime Aspire 1, Lifetime Aspire 2 and Balanced Risk-Adjusted have been corrected.
  • Unit price history is available from the following dates on the QSuper website:
    February 1998 - QSuper Balanced Risk-Adjusted.
    16 December 2013 - Lifetime Sustain 1 and Lifetime Sustain 2.
26 May 2014 - Lifetime Outlook, Lifetime Aspire, and Lifetime Focus.
1 July 2024 - Lifetime Sustain 3, High Growth, Balanced, Conservative-Balanced, Conservative, Socially Conscious Balanced, High Growth Index, Balanced Index, Australian Shares Index, International Shares Hedged Index, International Shares Unhedged Index, Listed Property Index, Unlisted Assets, Bonds Index, and Cash.
  • The ART website includes a longer unit price history for all options excluding Lifetime and Balanced Risk-Adjusted.
  • The unit prices shown on the QSuper website are release date prices which are 2 business days ahead of the valuation date unit price. Unit prices and returns on the ART website are based on valuation date unit prices.
  • In the event the Trustee suspends unit prices on any or all investment options, we may temporarily suspend transaction processing until unit prices are released.

*Please note for the Transition to Retirement (TTR) Income account the Lifetime investment option is not available. From 1 July 2017 investment earnings are no longer tax free, so are the same as those in the Accumulation account. To obtain the investment option returns within a TTR income account prior to 1 July 2017, please refer to the standard Income account unit prices.
