No. Like most major superannuation funds in Australia, QSuper is a regulated and complying super fund, and our Board has equal representation from individual trustees and an independent Chair.

We're a profit-for-members super fund, which means we're owned by our members - and we're also one of Australia's largest and most trusted super funds.3

Although we were founded as a fund for Queensland Government employees, QSuper is now open for all Australians to join. For more than 100 years, our people have been working to help our members feel confident that their best years begin now.

We offer flexible working arrangements to help you build a high-performing career. We know flexible working means different things to different people, so we have a wide variety of arrangements across the business. From where and when you work, to career break options or leave, we treat every flexible working arrangement request on a case-by-case basis.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we helped almost our entire team of more than 1,300 people switch to working from home. We know that safety at work and at home is vital to doing and feeling your best.

We provide competitive pay, and you can talk about your salary expectations with your hiring manager during the interview stage.

We also reward great performance. Annual performance incentives such as bonuses and remuneration reviews (pay rises) are just two ways your efforts may be recognised. We'll let you know in your interview which incentive schemes may be available for your specific role.

Our other employee benefits include generous leave, flexible and WFH work arrangements, discounted health insurance and gym memberships, and more.

Absolutely. The size and diversity of our business means there are plenty of opportunities to further your career or apply your skills to different roles.

Along with our core superannuation business, QSuper, the QSuper Group also includes QInvest, our financial advice service, and QInsure, which meets the insurance needs of our members. Whether you are in project management, marketing, IT, customer service or accounting, you will find plenty of challenges to keep life interesting and rewarding.

You'll also be able to take advantage of a wide range of resources to help you grow in your existing role, as well as further your career. Our development framework provides regular conversations with your leader about your development goals.

Browse roles and apply for current opportunities at the QSuper Group. When you find a role that interests you, and meets your skills and experience, click on it and hit 'Apply'.

If you haven't applied for a job through our system before, you'll need to create an account in our recruitment system first. Once you've uploaded your resume and details, these are stored on your QSuper recruitment account so you can use them for other roles in the future.

We send out a confirmation email to all applicants. If you don't receive one, please check your junk mail folder in case it's ended up there. Otherwise, you could try submitting your application again, perhaps using a different internet browser.

We will personally contact you if you're shortlisted for an interview.
