Dress for Success helps 5,000 vulnerable women every year.
It gives them professional clothing, career tools, and life skills to build confidence and independence. A strong support network helps them succeed in work and life.
That's why we're excited to announce our partnership with Dress for Success. We know women are more likely to have poor financial literacy and experience poverty in retirement than men.1,2 This is why we're doing our part to help those women access tools and support networks to take control of their financial futures.
Julie Bingham, Chief Enterprise Services Officer, said: “Women generally have lower super balances than men across their entire lives, which happens for a number of reasons, from vulnerability to the demands of motherhood. Our partnership with Dress for Success will help Australians that face barriers in the workplace retire with confidence."
