Money magazine names QSuper products ‘Best of the Best’

The golden years just became more golden at QSuper with the announcement of the prestigious Money magazine Best of the Best Awards 2020. Our double win in the highly coveted awards shows that when members come first, we all win.
QSuper has been named the winner in two categories at the Money magazine Best of the Best Awards 2020 – Best Balanced Super Product and Best Balanced Pension Product.1
The annual awards recognise Australia’s best financial product and service providers and were announced at Money magazine’s 20th birthday lunch on Wednesday, 27 November at the Establishment Ballroom in Sydney.
Best Balanced Super Product
QSuper was awarded Best Balanced Super Product for the Accumulation account (Aggressive option), with the award validating our aim to provide strong long-term performance for members with fewer ups and downs.
QSuper Chief Executive Officer, Michael Pennisi, thanked Money magazine for recognising QSuper’s efforts to deliver great value and better results for members.
“We are very passionate about the results we achieve for QSuper members,” Mr Pennisi said.
“Our unique strategy for our Lifetime, Balanced, Moderate, and Aggressive options, which focuses on delivering long-term returns with less risk, has resulted in great outcomes for our members’ savings.

Best Balanced Pension Product
QSuper was also awarded Best Balanced Pension Product for the Retirement Income account (Aggressive option), which is designed to turn members’ superannuation into an income stream once they stop working.
“We’re extremely pleased to be recognised for our continued commitment to QSuper members as they move into retirement,” Mr Pennisi said.
“Retirement is an extremely important milestone for members and the pinnacle of their superannuation journey. This is perhaps the time when we are needed the most, to help our members achieve the rewards they deserve for their years of hard work.
“QSuper has been helping members to achieve their retirement savings goals for more than 100 years and we have heard some truly heart-warming stories of how lives are changed because of the work we do. For us, that is the true reward.”

Awards-winning fund
The Money magazine honours follow on from a number of recent award wins for QSuper, including the SuperRatings Pension of the Year award for the second year running and the SuperRatings Smooth Ride award.
Mr Pennisi thanked all 585,000 members for the trust they placed in QSuper and said awards were a testament to QSuper’s success as custodians of their retirement savings.
