We’re here to help and provide the right level of support to make the transition to Employer Direct as seamless as possible.

We have a dedicated transition team to work with you to prepare for the change and ensure your documents are in a compliant format. They will also provide you with any training your teams need. They will be there to support you when you lodge your first contributions in Employer Direct.

Once your transition has been completed, you’ll still have access to our Employer Solutions team to manage any enquiries on a day to day basis.

Once you have completed the preparation phase of your transition, our transition team will work with you to understand the training requirements for your business to develop a training approach relevant for you and to ensure you are comfortable with the functionality of the system and are able to load a contributions file, generate reports and manage your employer profile.

QSuper offers training through multiple channels to ensure you are comfortable with the system:

  • Videos are available which show you how to upload a file, create and maintain members and generate reports.
  • Face-to-face training can also be provided for your first contribution to support you through this important first step.
