We offer flexible working arrangements to help you build a high-performing career. We know flexible working means different things to different people, so we have a wide variety of arrangements across the business.

From where and when you work, to career break options or leave, we treat every flexible working arrangement request on a case-by-case basis.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we helped almost our entire team of more than 1,300 people switch to working from home. We know that safety at work and at home is vital to doing and feeling your best.

Yes, we do reward great performance. Annual performance incentives such as bonuses and remuneration reviews (pay rises) are just two ways your efforts may be recognised. We'll let you know in your interview which incentive schemes may be available for your specific role.

As you would expect, QSuper is the super fund you'll join automatically if you don't already have a super fund. Of course, if you have an existing super fund, you can stay with them if you want to.

You also have a range of options to boost your super at work, such as salary sacrificing pre-tax contributions or additional post-tax contributions.

In some cases, your employee contributions may be matched with higher super contributions from us as your employer.
