Make a difference

Part of feeling satisfied at work is knowing the work you do makes a positive difference in the community.

Members are at the heart of everything we do, so we invest in community partnership and CSR initiatives that improve wellbeing for our members and our community.

For example, we partner with DVConnect, the leading crisis response service that operates 24/7 throughout Queensland, to support people in domestic and family violence situations. Find out more about our community impact.

We're also always innovating to create products and advice that help members build a better future.

Become a great leader

You can be a leader no matter what your role is, with training and opportunities to lead.

We know good leadership goes beyond titles - it's also about behaviours, attitudes, and working styles. That's why we invest in improving our leaders through our QSuper Leadership Academy.

Each year, many of our people put their leadership skills to the test in leadership development opportunities, including individual coaching, mentoring, secondments, and more informal leadership networking.

We also use non-monetary incentives, such as our internal awards and recognition initiatives, a culture that encourages peer recognition in meetings, and more.

Our other employee benefits include generous leave, flexible and WFH work arrangements, discounted health insurance and gym memberships, and more.
