Yes. To help you build a high-performing career, we offer flexible working arrangements. As you would expect, QSuper is the default superannuation fund for all employees. You also have a range of options to boost your super savings, such as making additional pre-tax and post-tax contributions. In some cases, your employee contributions may be matched with higher employer superannuation contributions.

Every job is different at QSuper, so the level of qualification and amount of experience needed will depend on the responsibilities of the role. We assess every application on merit, so if you think you are a good fit for a role, we encourage you to apply.
The roles at QSuper are as diverse as our people, but most share a similar application process. Here is what usually happens once you have applied for a position.
Every role has specific qualifications and experience needs. The first thing we will assess is whether your application demonstrates you have what we are looking for and are ready for the role. We keep all applications on file, so even if we feel you are not quite right for a particular role just yet, we may be in touch in the future.
You cannot get to know someone from an application form alone, so we may schedule a call or video chat to get to know you a little better and ask any questions that might not have been covered off in your application.
We receive a lot of applications for every role, and can only meet a limited number of candidates. If you are invited to come in for an interview, you will meet the hiring manager, and another member of the team you would be working with.
To make sure everyone is treated equally and gets the same chance to shine, we have a structured interview process. We will talk about your career and previous roles, ask you a few technical questions related to the role, and invite you to tell us about how you work.
Culture is really important to us – after all, it forms part of our spirit, which is what defines us – so we will also be looking to discover why you want to work for the QSuper Group.
If you make it to our candidate shortlist, we will get in touch with you to check who we should contact for a reference. We will also discuss what needs to happen next as some roles have a couple of extra steps at this stage, like psychometric or work skills testing, or there may be a second interview.
If you make it this far, congratulations, you are our top choice for the role. You will get a call with an offer, followed by an email with your contract and any other details you may need, which we suggest you read carefully and keep in a safe place.
Then all that is left for you to do is accept the role so we can officially welcome you on our team.

We work hard to find the right people for every role we advertise, and this can take time. As a courtesy, we will contact you regardless of whether your application is successful or not.

We set our salary ranges based on industry benchmarks, and in line with the experience and skills of applicants. We do not publish salaries for most roles, however you can talk about your salary expectations with your hiring manager when the time comes.
We advertise the location of roles on our job posts. Our main offices are in Brisbane however there are also QInvest offices located throughout regional Queensland.
