A QSuper Client Summary provides you with all the essential account details you need in one document. When we receive a valid Authority to Release Information form (pdf), we'll automatically send you a Client Summary upon the authority being accepted, generally within 3 business days. If you already have a current and valid authority and want an updated Client Summary, complete the form below.

If your client holds an Income Account, a Centrelink Schedule will automatically be included at the end of the Income Account Client Summary.

You can request up to 10 clients' details each time you submit this form.

If you have clients with an Australian Retirement Trust Super Savings account, log in to Adviser Online.

  • You must have a current and valid Authority to Release Information (pdf) for your client before a Client Summary can be issued.
  • Client Summaries will generally be issued within 24 hours of the request being received.
  • Client Summaries will be issued for QSuper Accumulation accounts, Income accounts, and Lifetime Pensions held by your client/s. If your client has a Defined Benefit account, please call us.
  • Client Summaries will only be issued to the authorised email address nominated on the Authority to Release Information form (pdf). If you require a change to an authorised email address, please call us before submitting your client summary request.
