To make a withdrawal from your super:
1. Download and print the appropriate claim form for your account type:
2. Complete and send the form to QSuper.
You can also visit one of our contact centres to complete the necessary forms.
If you are no longer employed by the Queensland Government, you can also use the form to:
- transfer your benefit to another complying super fund
- transfer from an Accumulation account to an QSuper Pension account
- transfer from a Defined Benefit account to an Accumulation account.
