Payment options
There are two easy options to choose from when contributing to QSuper for your employees – via BPAY® or through Employer express.

BPAY |
Employer express |
| Ideal for |
Employers with 5 employees or less who would like their super paid to QSuper |
Employers with more than 5 employees who would like their super paid to QSuper |
| Description |
Each employee will have an individual customer reference number. Each type of contribution you need to make has a different BPAY biller code. |
Employer express is an online facility that distributes your super payments to QSuper, as well as to any other super funds you need to contribute to.
You’ll also find many of Australia’s super funds already use a similar online facility. So, if you’re currently contributing via a system managed by our online facilitator, you don’t have to register or make changes to your existing processes. Of course, even if you don’t have many employees who have asked you to contribute to QSuper, you still have the option of using the Employer express facilities. |
| Fees |
Payments via BPAY may attract processing fees from your financial institution – you should contact them for more information about the cost of BPAY transactions. |
The Employer express service is fully subsidised for QSuper-related transactions.
However, if you decide you’d like the convenience of using Employer express to distribute contributions for all your employees, there may be a small transaction-based fee involved. This fee will depend on the number of transactions you expect to make, how many employees you have, and how many of these employees are contributing to QSuper. We’ll present a straightforward fee structure to you after we’ve considered your particular situation and superannuation needs.
